Junk Removal in Lithonia
Point to what needs to go and we carry it out, load it and haul it away. You get an arrival window you can plan around, upfront pricing before we lift anything, and a phone call from us if the day shifts.
Clutter Out, Without Losing Your Whole Day
Junk removal is the simple version of what we do. You have things you no longer want: a broken treadmill, boxes from the last move, a stained mattress, yard waste bags piling up by the fence. We come to your home, take it from wherever it sits and leave the space swept.
Most people put this off because they picture waiting around all afternoon for a crew that never shows. We set a realistic arrival window when you call, stick to it, and call ahead if traffic or a longer job earlier in the day pushes us back. Same-day and next-day service is available, depending on the schedule.
If your project is mostly one kind of item, our pages on furniture removal, appliance removal or garage cleanouts go into more detail.
What Your Junk Removal Visit Includes
- Removal from anywhere on the property
- Upstairs bedrooms, the back deck, the side yard or the curb. You do not have to drag anything outside first.
- All the lifting and loading
- Our crew does the carrying, the stair work and the truck loading. You can stay out of it completely.
- Upfront pricing before work starts
- We look at the pile, give you the price, and only start once you say yes. Upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
- Sorting for donation and recycling
- Usable furniture and working items get set aside for donation when we can, and metal and cardboard go to recycling instead of the landfill.
- A quick sweep when we finish
- Once the last item is on the truck, we sweep or rake the spot it came from so you are not left with dust and debris.
Signs It Is Time to Call for Junk Removal
A room you have stopped using
The guest room or spare bedroom has turned into storage, and the door mostly stays closed.
Items too heavy to move safely
Sleeper sofas, old TVs and solid wood dressers can hurt your back or scrape walls on the stairs. That is a job for a two-person crew.
Your trash service will not take it
Mattresses, large furniture and bulky piles usually do not fit curbside rules, and they sit there for weeks.
A deadline is coming
A move-out date, a listing photo shoot or family arriving for the holidays. A booked arrival window lets you plan backward from that date.
Pests or mildew showing up
Damp cardboard and stored fabric attract roaches and mildew fast in Georgia humidity. Clearing it out stops the problem from spreading.
What Moves the Price of Junk Removal
Your price depends mainly on how much space your items take up in our truck and how much work it takes to get them there. We give you a firm number after seeing the load, so nothing gets added at the end.
Volume
A few pieces cost less than a half or full truckload. Volume is the biggest single factor.
Weight and item type
Dense loads like dirt, concrete chunks or roofing shingles weigh far more than furniture. Some items, like mattresses or tires, carry disposal fees.
Access
Ground-floor pickups move fast. Narrow stairs, long carries from the backyard or a crawl space add time.
Disassembly
Bunk beds, sectionals or a play set that has to come apart before it fits through a door takes extra labor.
How the Day Goes
- 1
You call and we set a window
Tell us roughly what you have. We give you an arrival window that fits our real schedule, not a hopeful guess.
- 2
We call if anything changes
If an earlier job runs long, you hear it from us ahead of time, with a new estimate of when we will arrive.
- 3
Walk-through and price
On arrival, you show us what goes and what stays. We give you the price on the spot, and there is no charge if you decide not to go ahead.
- 4
Load, sweep and go
Our crew carries everything out, protects door frames on tight turns and sweeps up. A single room usually takes far less time than people expect, and we tell you our estimate before we start.

Junk Removal Questions We Hear Most
How long is the arrival window?
We give you a set window when you book, based on the jobs already on that day. If we are running behind, we call you before the window starts, not after it ends. That way you are not stuck guessing.
Do I need to be home?
It helps to be there for the walk-through so you can confirm the price and point out what stays. For items left outside, many customers set things on the driveway and give us the go-ahead by phone.
Who will be coming to my home?
A crew from our own company, usually two people for a standard pickup. Our business is licensed and insured, and we are enrolled in E-Verify, so everyone we send is verified to work legally. You will know who to expect before we pull up.
What will you not take?
We cannot haul hazardous materials such as paint thinner, pool chemicals, fuel or asbestos. If you are unsure about an item, ask when you call and we will tell you straight.
How can I check what other customers think?
We have over 1,200 Google reviews. Reading a handful before you book is a good way to see how our crews handle the day, from the walk-through to the cleanup.
