Garage Cleanouts in Lithonia

When the car hasn't fit in years and you can't reach the lawn mower, we clear it out. You get a firm arrival window, upfront pricing before we lift anything, and a crew that loads, hauls and sweeps up so you get your garage back.

Getting your garage back, on a schedule you can count on

A garage fills up slowly. A broken treadmill, boxes from the last move, half-used paint cans, a crib nobody needs anymore. Then one day you realize you've been parking in the driveway for three summers. A garage cleanout clears all of it in one visit, and you only point at what goes.

Most people tell us the hardest part isn't the junk. It's finding a day. That's why we give you a realistic arrival window when you book, call ahead when the crew is on the way, and let you know right away if anything changes. Same-day and next-day service available, but we'll always be straight with you about what's actually open.

If your basement or a storage unit is in the same shape, we can handle a basement cleanout or storage unit cleanout on the same trip or the next one.

What a garage cleanout with us includes

All the lifting and carrying

Our crew does the heavy work, from shelving units and old workbenches to boxes stacked to the rafters. You don't need to drag anything to the curb first.

Sorting as we go

Tell us what's staying and we'll work around it. If you're unsure about a box, we set it aside for you to check instead of guessing.

Old equipment and appliances

Chest freezers, spare refrigerators, mowers with no fuel in them, bikes and exercise machines all come out. For a single large item, our appliance removal page covers more.

Donation and recycling where it makes sense

Usable furniture and tools can go to donation, and metal gets recycled instead of landfilled when possible. We'll tell you what happens to the bigger items if you ask.

A swept floor when we leave

Once the last load is on the truck, we sweep out the space. You're left with bare concrete and room to park.

A crew you can feel good about

We're licensed and insured, and we're enrolled in E-Verify, so you know who is working in your garage.

Signs it's time for a garage cleanout

  • The car lives outside

If the garage was built for parking and now holds everything but the car, that's the clearest sign.

  • You walk sideways to reach anything

Narrow paths between piles are a tripping hazard, and they make it hard to get to the breaker panel or water heater if you need to.

  • Boxes are going soft or musty

Georgia humidity gets into cardboard stored on bare concrete. Once boxes sag or smell, the contents usually aren't worth keeping, and the mess draws bugs and mice.

  • You're getting ready to sell or move

Buyers notice a packed garage. Clearing it before photos or a walkthrough makes the whole house feel bigger.

  • You bought tools you already owned

When you can't find things, you buy them twice. A cleanout usually pays for itself in stuff you stop rebuying.

What the cleanout day looks like

  1. 1

    Call us to get started

Tell us roughly what's in there and how packed it is. We schedule a free on-site estimate or the cleanout itself, with an arrival window that fits around your day.

  2. 2

We phone on the way over

You get a call when the crew sets out. If traffic or an earlier job holds them up, we let you know ourselves so you aren't left watching the driveway.

  3. 3

The price comes before the work

We look at the load in person and give you the price before touching anything. It's upfront pricing with no hidden fees, so the amount you agree to is the amount you pay.

  4. 4

    Load, haul and sweep

We carry it all out, keep your walkway and driveway clear while we work, and sweep the floor after the truck is full. Most one- and two-car garages take a single visit.

What sets the price of your garage cleanout

Your price comes from how much truck space the load needs and the work involved in getting it out. We give you the figure on site before starting, and it won't go up over something we should have caught.

How much there is
Truck space matters most. A one-car garage that's half full runs less than a two-car garage stacked to the ceiling.
Big, heavy pieces
Gun safes, pianos, old fridges and basketball hoops with concrete bases need more labor and sometimes an extra person.
Items with their own disposal rules
Tires, mattresses and appliances holding refrigerant can come with separate disposal costs. We flag them for you during the estimate.
Time spent sorting
Working around many keep piles or opening boxes for you to check adds time. When it all goes, the job moves fast.

Questions about clearing out a garage

Something not covered here? (404) 947-5436

Do I need to be home the whole time?

If you're there when we pull up, you can show us what stays. After that, many customers leave while we work. We call you before wrapping up so you can take a last look.

How long does a garage cleanout take?

Most garages take a few hours from the first box to a swept floor. A tightly packed two-car garage can take longer, and we tell you at the estimate so you can plan the rest of your day.

Are there things you can't take?

Certain paints, chemicals and fuels have their own disposal rules. Tell us what you have when you call and we'll say which items can go on our truck and which need a different route.

What if the crew is running late?

We call you. If an earlier job runs long or the weather turns, you get a new arrival time as soon as we know it, and if that time doesn't work, we reschedule for another day.

How do I know you'll show up and do it right?

We have over 1,200 Google reviews from people in Lithonia and nearby towns. A handful of them will tell you how we do on showing up on time and cleaning up after.
