Commercial Junk Removal in Lithonia, GA
Old furniture, retired fixtures and stacked boxes take up space you pay rent on. We haul them out on a day and time that fits your business, give you a real arrival window and keep you posted if anything shifts.
Clearing Out Your Workspace Without Closing Your Doors
Commercial jobs are different from a garage or a spare room. You have customers walking in, staff trying to work and often a landlord or property manager with rules about loading areas and elevator use. We plan the haul around all of that before the truck ever shows up.
Most of our commercial calls come from office managers swapping out furniture, shop owners clearing old displays and property managers turning over a vacant unit. We load everything ourselves, sort what can be donated or recycled, and leave the space swept and ready for what comes next.
Over 1,200 Google reviews tell the same story we hear on the phone: people want a crew that arrives when it said it would. That is the part we work hardest at.
What We Haul From Businesses
- Office furniture and cubicles
- Desks, file cabinets, conference tables, chairs and cubicle panels. We take apart what will not fit through a doorway in one piece.
- Retail fixtures and shelving
- Gondola shelving, display racks, counters, mannequins and signage from a remodel or a closing store.
- Back-room and storage clutter
- Old inventory, broken carts, cardboard, pallets and years of boxes nobody has opened. We sort as we load so usable items can go to donation.
- Electronics and break-room appliances
- Monitors, printers, copiers, refrigerators and microwaves. We separate these from general debris so they can be recycled where facilities accept them.
- Vacant unit turnovers
- For property managers, we clear what a tenant left behind, from furniture to trash bags, so your cleaning and repair crews can get started.
Signs It Is Time to Bring Us In
A storage room you cannot walk into
When the back room is so full that staff dig for supplies, you are losing time every day. Clearing it out usually takes one visit.
New furniture is on the way
The delivery crew will not take your old desks. Scheduling us the day before keeps the floor clear for the install.
A lease is ending
Most leases require you to leave the space empty. We can fit the haul into the days before your walkthrough.
A remodel or relocation
Old fixtures and furniture slow down contractors and movers. Getting them out first keeps the rest of the project on its schedule.
A tenant moved out and left a mess
Every week a unit sits full is a week it cannot be shown. We clear it so you can turn it faster.
How a Commercial Job Runs
- 1
A phone call to start
Tell us what needs to go, where the business is and any building rules about loading or quiet hours. We ask about stairs, elevators and dock access so nothing surprises us later.
- 2
Free on-site estimate
For larger jobs, we walk the space and give you an upfront price with no hidden fees. You decide with no obligation.
- 3
A time that works for you
We set a day and an arrival window that fits around your customers and staff. Same-day and next-day service is available when the schedule allows, and if anything changes on our end, we call you before the window starts.
- 4
Loading and sorting
Our crew does all the lifting, protects floors and door frames on the way out and sorts donations and recyclables from what goes to disposal.
- 5
Swept and done
We sweep the cleared area and walk it with you before we leave, so you know the job is finished.

What Shapes the Price
Your price is based mainly on how much space your items take up in our truck, plus the labor to get them there. We give you that number upfront, before any work starts. Here is what moves it up or down.
- Volume
- A few desks and a copier cost far less than a full floor of cubicles. Most of the price follows how much truck space your load fills.
- Access and distance
- Ground-floor shops with a back door load quickly. Upper floors, small elevators or long walks from the loading area add labor time.
- Type of items
- Heavy pieces like safes and commercial appliances, and items that carry recycling or disposal fees, can change the total.
- Disassembly
- Cubicle systems and built-in shelving take time to break down. We include that in the estimate so it is not a surprise later.
Commercial Junk Removal Questions
Something not covered here? (404) 947-5436
Can you work before we open or after we close?
Often, yes. Tell us your hours on the call and we will look for a slot that keeps the crew out of your customers' way. We confirm the arrival window ahead of time so you can plan staffing around it.
What if something in our building gets bumped during the haul?
We are licensed and insured, and our crew pads corners and door frames before carrying anything heavy out. That matters when desks and copiers are moving past your walls and equipment. If you spot a concern, point it out during the final walkthrough and we will talk it through with you.
Our company requires vendors to verify their workers. Do you?
We are enrolled in E-Verify. If your building or corporate office has its own vendor paperwork, mention it when you call so we can sort it out before the job date.
What happens if your crew is running late?
We call you as soon as we know, not after the window has passed. You get an updated time so you can decide whether to keep the slot or move it.
Is there anything you will not take?
We cannot haul hazardous materials like chemicals, solvents or certain paints. If you are unsure about an item, ask on the call and we will tell you straight.
Do you serve businesses outside Lithonia?
Yes. We regularly work in Stonecrest, Conyers, Redan and Stone Mountain, along with other towns nearby. Our Service Areas page lists the rest.
