A Lithonia Junk Removal Crew That Shows Up When We Say
We haul away the furniture, appliances and clutter that have been sitting in your home too long. Just as important, we give you an arrival window you can plan your day around, and we call if anything shifts. That is how we run every job.
Why We Run Things the Way We Do
Most people who call us have already waited on someone. Maybe a contractor who never confirmed, or a hauler who said morning and showed up at four. Taking a day off to sit by the window is frustrating, so we built our whole routine around not doing that to you.
When you call, we ask a few simple questions about what is going and where it sits: a couch upstairs, an old freezer in the carport, a garage stacked to the rafters. That tells us how long the job really takes and how many hands it needs. Then we offer a window that fits the work, not a hopeful guess.
We would rather tell you honestly that tomorrow afternoon is better than promise this morning and miss it. We offer same-day and next-day service when the schedule allows, and when it does not, we say so on the first call.
What You Can Count On From Us
A real arrival window
You get a set window when you book, sized to the job ahead of yours. We do not stack appointments so tightly that one heavy load throws off the whole day.
A heads-up call on the way
Our crew calls before heading to your home, so you know we are actually coming. If traffic or a bigger-than-expected job slows us down, you hear it from us early, along with a new time.
Upfront pricing with no hidden fees
We look at what you want gone and give you the price before anything gets lifted. If you add a few items on the spot, we tell you how that changes the price first, and you decide.
Careful work in and out
We carry items out without dragging them across floors or scraping door frames. When the truck is loaded, we sweep up the spot where your things were sitting, inside or out.
Where Our Trucks Go
We are based in Lithonia and work throughout the surrounding area, including Stonecrest, Redan, Conyers, Stone Mountain, Panthersville, Candler-McAfee, Belvedere Park, Mountain Park, Lakeview Estates and Avondale Estates. Because we plan routes around where our crews already are, we can usually give you a tighter window than a company crossing the whole metro. Our Service Areas page has more detail.
