Construction Debris Removal in Lithonia
Your remodel is done, or close to it, and the pile in the driveway is not going anywhere on its own. We load and haul the drywall, lumber, tile and old fixtures, give you a firm arrival window, and let you know right away if anything shifts.
Clearing the Mess a Project Leaves Behind
Construction debris is the heavy, awkward stuff that piles up during a renovation: torn-out cabinets, broken tile, drywall offcuts, old carpet and pad, scrap lumber full of nails. Most of it won't fit in your trash cart, and regular trash pickup usually won't take it. We bring the truck and the crew, do all the lifting, and leave the area swept.
This service fits a kitchen or bath remodel, a deck tear-down, a flooring swap or a DIY project that grew bigger than planned. It also works if your contractor finished the job but left the cleanup to you. Timing usually matters most here, because the next trade, a final walk-through or a weekend family visit is waiting on that space. So we give you a realistic arrival window and stick to it, and if traffic or an earlier job runs long, we call you before the window passes instead of after.
What We Haul From Your Project
- Drywall and plaster
- Full sheets, scraps and the crumbly chunks from demolition. We bag the dusty pieces so they don't trail across your yard.
- Wood and lumber
- Framing offcuts, old deck boards, trim, fencing and pallets. Our crew handles exposed nails and screws with gloves and care.
- Tile, brick and concrete pieces
- These are heavy for their size, so we load them carefully and tell you up front how much space and weight they'll take in the truck.
- Flooring and carpet
- Old carpet and pad, laminate, vinyl plank and hardwood. Rolled, stacked or still in a heap, we take it as it is.
- Cabinets, counters and fixtures
- Torn-out cabinets, countertops, vanities, sinks, toilets, doors and windows. If an old appliance came out with the kitchen, we can take that too as part of our appliance removal service.
- Final sweep
- After loading, we rake or sweep the spot where the pile sat, so your driveway or lawn is ready to use again.
Signs It's Time to Clear the Debris
The pile is blocking the next step
Painters, flooring installers or an inspector can't work around a stack of old cabinets. Clearing it keeps the rest of your schedule on track.
It's been sitting through the rain
Wet drywall and carpet get heavy, start to smell and can stain concrete. Soggy debris is also harder and slower to move.
Nails and sharp edges are in reach
Scrap lumber and broken tile are a real hazard for kids, pets and bare feet. A pile in the yard is an injury waiting to happen.
Your HOA or neighbors have noticed
A heap that lingers in the driveway can draw a letter or a few questions. A quick haul-away settles it.
Your truck isn't up to it
Multiple trips to the landfill in a pickup cost you a full Saturday, plus fuel and fees. One visit from our crew usually handles it.
How the Job Day Goes
- 1
Call us to plan the pickup
Let us know what the project was and about how much debris remains. We can give a rough price over the phone or book a free on-site estimate with no obligation, plus a same-day or next-day slot if one is free.
- 2
Your window and a call on the way
You get an arrival window to plan your day around. When we head out, we call ahead, and if plans change you hear it from us right away with a new time.
- 3
A set price before loading
We look over the pile with you and give you the number. With upfront pricing and no hidden fees, you know the cost before a single piece goes on the truck.
- 4
Haul, clean up and leave
Our crew carries every piece, whether it sits in the driveway, the backyard or the garage. Then we sweep, check the area once more with you and drive off.

What Affects the Price
Construction debris is priced mostly by how much room it takes in the truck, with weight playing a bigger role than it does for household junk. We give you the price on site before work starts, so there's nothing to guess at later.
- Volume
- The bigger the pile, the more truck space it uses. A single bathroom tear-out is very different from a full kitchen and flooring job.
- Weight of the material
- Tile, brick, concrete and wet drywall are dense. A small pile of heavy material can cost more than a larger pile of lumber.
- Where the debris sits
- A neat stack by the curb loads fast. Debris in a backyard, up stairs or spread across rooms takes more time and carrying.
- Items that need special handling
- Some things, like leftover paint or chemicals, can't go out with regular debris. We'll tell you on the call what we can and can't take so there are no surprises on the day.
Construction Debris Questions
Something not covered here? (404) 947-5436
Is it okay if the pile gets bigger before you arrive?
Of course. When you call, tell us roughly how big you expect it to get so we bring the right truck. If it ends up a lot bigger, we walk you through the updated price on site before loading.
Do you pick up what a contractor left behind?
Yes. Lots of our calls come after a contractor finishes and leaves the cleanup. It doesn't matter whether you did the work yourself or hired it out; we'll haul the debris.
Who does the loading?
Our own crew loads and hauls everything, and the company is licensed and insured. We're also enrolled in E-Verify, so each person at your home is verified to work in the U.S.
How soon can you come?
Same-day and next-day service is available when the week's schedule has room. On the call, we offer the earliest window we can really keep, not one we'd probably miss.
Do you work in Stonecrest or Conyers?
Yes. Our crews serve Lithonia and the surrounding area, including Stonecrest, Redan, Conyers and Stone Mountain. Our Service Areas page lists more towns.
Will you actually show up on time?
Each job has an arrival window with updates, and we phone you if anything changes. With over 1,200 Google reviews, you can read what customers say about that before calling.
